No Guest Energy “Attic Sessions”
Look me in the eye.
Paralyzed, the stacks of boxes around keep piling up.
They look like they’re on their way out.
Apart within our eyes.
Save us from wretched and weak.
What you want to do in your heart.
So this is going to be a series I am calling “Attic Sessions” I am going to be posting this year for a myriad reasons. For one it’s fun to do, I always have to practice and I’ve been inspired by a few others doing similar things such as Terry Eason’s “Song-A-Day”, Littlefoot’s “Take Away Shows”, etc.
The project I’ve been calling No Guest Energy is something I started last year and am planning to flesh out and define more in 2012 so I hope these little vignettes in hindsight show the progress as time goes on.
I will also be adding some text, mostly things I’ve written in my journals in the past year that will accompany each video.
Hope you enjoy the first one here. I’ve purposefully started with a pretty rough one so give it time. I hope it’s rewarding to the both us.
